Discussing your child's Nonverbal Learning Disability is not a single conversation with a child but a string of conversations over numerous years. The book, Tell Me About NLD is designed to be a conversation starter. It simply and thoughtfully explores the subject of Nonverbal Learning Disabilities.

About the Author
Amy Dawson is the mother of a ten year old daughter diagnosed with Nonverbal Learning Disability. She has been in education for sixteen years, is a certified Reading Teacher and Reading Specialist and holds advanced degrees in education. Amy and her husband, Chris live in New Jersey where they are raising their three children: Luke, Kitty and Emily and their yellow lab, Colin.

About the Illustrator
James J. Kelewae has loved painting and drawing ever since he was born. He went to SVA in New York City and has done murals, comic books, graphic design, illustrations, and fine art. His work can be seen online.
